Elementary Academic Coach

The London City School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Elementary Academic Coach. The successful applicant will hold a valid elementary and/or special education teaching license for grades P-5. The primary role of an academic coach is to positively impact student achievement through the support and facilitation of exemplary programs. This will be accomplished by participating in school and district-based improvement efforts, including instructional coaching (i.e,. modeling, co-planning, co-teaching, etc.), leading individual and group professional development, collecting and preparing student achievement data for review, assisting with the administration of assessments, and other duties that are aligned with implementing the District Strategic Plan.
