Dean of Students Jobs in Alabama

They should also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people. Certifications may vary depending on the level of the institution, but usually, a Master's Degree in Education Administration or a related field, and in some cases, a doctoral degree is required. A valid administrative credential may also be necessary. Prior to becoming a Dean of Students, an individual might serve as a High School Principal, Assistant Principal, or a School Counselor.
